This festive treat is a healing chocolate bark that’s as delightful for the soul as it is for the taste buds. Rich dark or milk chocolate is swirled with topped with crushed candy canes for a refreshing, sweet crunch. Chill, break into pieces, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 300g dark or milk chocolate
- 150g white chocolate
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- Crushed candy canes
Method:
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, break into pieces, and serve!
- Melt the dark/milk chocolate and spread onto a lined baking tray.
- Add peppermint extract and swirl lightly.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes.
