Common Uses
Diffusion

Internal Use (doTERRA only)
- Add 1 drop to warm water, herbal tea, or honey

Topical Use
(Always heavily dilute—cinnamon is a “hot” oil)
- Combine 1 drop with 5–10 drops of fractionated coconut oil
