Spring’s here — and so is the perfect excuse for something fresh, colourful, and full of goodness
This Spring Berry Chia Pudding is everything we love about the season: light, creamy, and bursting with juicy berries. It’s a quick, nourishing breakfast that feels like a little treat — ideal for slow mornings or prepping ahead for the week.

Top it with your favourite mix of berries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of crunch for extra sunshine in every spoonful

Breakfast: Spring Berry Chia Pudding

Serves: 2 | Prep: 5 min | Chill: 4 hours

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Optional: toasted coconut or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey in a jar or bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fresh berries and coconut/nuts before serving.
