Winter Recipes: Whether it’s winter and you want to stay on top of your health during flu season, or you’re unwell, I would love to share these oils and recipe with you. Note: All oils can be made to order or you can give it a try yourself.
Flu Season Essential Oils
Immune Bomb for Adults $25 for a 10ml Roller
Frankincense x 20
Lemon x 20
Oregano x 10
On Guard x 10
Melaleuca x 5
Place in 10ml Roller Bottle and fill with Carrier Oil on roll on Feet and Spine several times a day

Place in 10ml Roller Bottle and fill with Carrier Oil on roll on Feet and Spine several times a day
Healthy Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 leek finely sliced
1 garlic clove crushed
½ tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 kg peeled and diced Butternut Pumpkin
1 large Desiree potato
1 L Vegetable Liquid Stock
½ cup cream
Method
Heat oil in a large saucepan over low heat
Add Onion and Leek and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and spices and cook stirring for 30 seconds.
Add pumpkin, potato and stock and bring to the boil.
Turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly then blend
Return to stove, stir through cream, and reheat gently and it can be seasoned with more nutmeg if desired.
