·       If you feel up for it, a slow walk outside in fresh air is wonderful. Even 10 minutes helps circulation and mood.

4. Nourish with Seasonal Foods (Meals and snacks)
Choose foods that warm and nourish your body from the inside.

·       Make soups and stews rich in root vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, beets) and warming spices (ginger, turmeric, cinnamon).

·       Include warming proteins like lentils, beans, or chicken to sustain energy.

·       Avoid overly processed or cold foods that may weigh you down.

5. Rest and Reset (Evenings and nights)
Allow your body to restore with quality rest.

·       Try to go to bed 15-30 minutes earlier than usual to honour your body’s need for extra downtime in winter.

·       Create a calming bedtime ritual with dimed lights, gentle stretches, a warm bath, or reading a peaceful book.

·       Avoid screens at least 30 minutes before sleep to improve rest quality.

6. Digital Detox Moment (Daily 30 minutes)
Give your mind a break from constant stimulation.

·       Set aside a half-hour each day without screens with no phones, computers, or TV.

·       Use this time to engage in calming activities like journaling, meditation, mindful breathing, or simply sitting quietly with a warm drink.

·       Notice how this digital pause helps you reconnect with yourself and lowers stress.

7. Reflect and Set Intentions (5–10 minutes daily or weekly)
Winter is a perfect season for inner reflection.

·       Use a journal or quiet space to reflect on the past months with what no longer serves you? What habits, thoughts, or emotions are ready to be released?

·       Write or meditate on what you want to invite into your life during this season peace, creativity, self-love, clarity.

·       Keep your intentions simple, clear, and gentle.
