A Personalised 1:1 Healing Experience
My 1:1 coaching sessions are so much more than simply talking through life’s challenges. They are a safe, nurturing space where you can take off the mask, be completely yourself and feel truly seen, heard and supported without judgement.
Together, we will gently uncover the beliefs, patterns and emotional blocks that may be keeping you stuck. Through powerful sessions I will help you gain clarity, shift your mindset, reconnect with your authentic self and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Every session is tailored to you because no two healing journeys are ever the same.
What makes my 1:1 sessions unique is that every session concludes with a deeply relaxing Reiki Healing. Once we have done the inner work Reiki helps your mind, body and soul integrate the shifts that have taken place. It calms the nervous system, restores energetic balance and allows your healing to continue long after you leave the session.
Your transformation doesn’t stop when you walk out the door.
Between each session you will receive personalised homeplay designed especially for you. These practices help keep you accountable, deepen your self-awareness and encourage you to notice the thoughts, emotions and behaviours that arise in everyday life. This is where lasting change happens through the small, consistent steps you take between our sessions.
My intention is not to “fix” you, because you are not broken.
My intention is to empower you with the awareness, tools and support to create lasting transformation, helping you reconnect with the incredible person you already are.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the layers.
